Q: Hi, My 14yr old son and I are flying from Sydney to LA and arriving on July 3 Sunday at 7am and leaving LA at 10:20 pm on July 13 Wed. We've got tickets to watch Shrek the Musical at 7pm on July 12 at Hollywood Blvd. Can you suggest a suitable tour that will incorporate LA, San Fran, San Diego Sea World, Disneyland, Las Vegas, and Universal Studios while still being able to make to watch the musical on July 12 at 7pm? Please note that the tour itinerary is subject to change depending on tour start date. The last day of the tour can be a return from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, Yosemite to Los Angeles, or a Theme Park. The tours will start to drop off passengers at the hotels and the LAX airport around 6:30-7:30pm. Since your Musical starts at 7pm, you may not have enough time to make it to the show.
We instead recommend that you reduce your tour length to 9 days and arrange July 12 as a free day for your show. You will need to consider which theme park you will not visit.We can offer you the following tours that can include almost all of your requested sights:Or
If you take one of the above 9 Day tours, you will need to book the following:
Arrange your own transfer from tour drop off to your hotel extension
A hotel extension for 2 nights on July 11 and 12 (Select one that is close to your Show's location: https://www.tours4fun.com/hotels/)
Arrange your own transfer from hotel to the Show on July 12
Arrange your own airport transfer from the hotel on July 13, as the tour drop off at LAX airport is only provided on the last day of the tour, July 11

In order to avoid missing your flight, you must book your international flight to depart after 10:30 p.m. on the last day of the tour.

Depending on the tour departure date and when you submit your Cancellation Form, the Cancellation Fee will calculated based upon that information.
If you should cancel one or both passengers on the tour, that passenger(s) will be charged the applicable Cancellation Fees.
If you should wish to change the passenger from one to another, you will be charged a $30 Amendment Fee for this change.

Q: If I choose not to visit Universal Studio on the last day, do I still get a airport transfer on the last day ? alternately, if I wish to extend for another night or two at your suggestion hotel Radisson LAX, do you provide transfer between these 2 hotels (not joining Universal Studion on last day) ? If the last day should be a theme park and you are not with the group, you will need to arrange for your own airport transfer from hotel.
This tour cannot provide transportation for you from hotel to Radisson LAX. It will only drop off at the LAX airport. If you book the Radisson LAX hotel, you can take their hotel shuttle bus from LAX to the hotel.

If you do not participate in the activities with the tour group (leave with the tour group) on those two days, you do not need to pay tour guide service fees. Please note that you will not be provided transportation anywhere on those days and they will be free days for you to enjoy on your own.
We do have an alternative tour for you to consider, should you wish to take the same tour, but without Disneyland and Universal Studios.
